Student Assistant (m/f/d) Industrial Insurance
At VIB (Volkswagen Insurance Brokers GmbH), we take care of the insurance coverage for the Volkswagen Group.

This includes insurance protection in case of fire or natural disasters with subsequent business interruption, transport damage to vehicles, liability claims, etc.

In the Operations Industrial Insurance department, we are responsible for contract management, invoicing, tracking premium income, and reporting on various evaluations, such as statistics for individual brands/customers.

In addition, we support our clients in all insurance claims worldwide and act as the link between the client, insurer, and third parties, such as experts, claimants, and lawyers.


Your tasks include:


  • Supporting the testing of a new IT system for contract management and claims processing
  • Creating presentations and preparing data for various reports
  • Supporting in the individual insurance segments in consultation with the respective colleagues

Your profile:


  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in a business or IT degree program
  • You are familiar with MS Office products
