Join Drees & Sommer and the Dual University of Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Mannheim for a dual study program starting in October 2024. This program combines six semesters of academic study with three-month project-based practical phases at Drees & Sommer in Stuttgart or Hamburg. This allows you to immediately apply the theoretical knowledge you gain in a practical setting. Specifically, you will be involved in the following tasks:

Active participation in the electrical engineering planning team for medium and large-scale projects in building services, including taking on independent subtasks
Assistance in developing technical concepts and planning and tender documents
Learning CAD software and industry-standard planning tools and calculation programs (e.g. Simaris, Dialux)
Rotation through various internal departments (e.g. construction management, technical consulting) at Drees & Sommer SE
Internship at an electrical installation company or in Drees & Sommer's construction management during the practical training phase
