These are your responsibilities

You achieve strong customer loyalty through intensive support
You process orders quickly and ensure smooth handling of complaints
Maintaining master data is part of your tasks, as well as sending invoices
You conscientiously manage suppliers and place orders

Qualifications for the position of clerk for order processing

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
You have previous experience in an office as a commercial employee or in order processing and customer support
You have a good command of common MS Office programs
You are responsible and able to work independently
