We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Altheim, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:


  • You will act as a liaison between the plant management and shift supervisors, who will report to you
  • You will be responsible for the production and maintenance of roof tiles
  • You will ensure efficient and timely production planning, while adhering to safety and quality standards
  • You will create maintenance schedules and coordinate timely maintenance and repairs of equipment and machinery
  • You will continuously develop processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost optimization
  • You will actively participate in projects and provide advice on the procurement of new machinery and equipment
