The Foundation for Vocational Education intends to fill the following position: IT Agent (m/f/d)

First and Second Level Support Job ID:
SBB Start: This position is available immediately and on an indefinite basis


Responsibilities:

  • Management of central network services and monitoring of central network services
  • Maintenance of networkrelated hardware
  • Support for branches of the IT network including their IT connection
  • Support for customers (hardware and software applications, maintenance and troubleshooting for all computer systems)
  • Assistance with procurement of hardware and software
  • Installation and maintenance tasks (system checks, cable checks, printer installations)
  • Setting up and restoring computer systems
  • Inventory management
  • Management of the telephone system
  • Management of the ticket system
  • Building and maintaining the IT infrastructure of Ni.
