Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monthly financial and cash accounting, as well as accounts receivable and payable, asset accounting, and payment transactions
  • Preparation of payroll accounting and travel expense reports
  • Preparation of tax, social security, and statistical reports
  • Conducting business evaluations for company decisions and group reporting
  • Monitoring of dunning procedures
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements according to tax and commercial law, as well as creating provisions and accruals
  • Point of contact for authorities and public institutions
Profile

  • Knowledge in the areas of financial and balance sheet accounting and financial controlling is advantageous
  • Experience with various financial, annual financial statement, and payroll accounting programs
  • Proficient in MS Office and reporting
