Purpose of the role
In the context of creating a new entity France Operations, the Head of Delivery Indian Ocean will lead a large organization providing top class end to end business solutions for 3000+ customers (Large accounts and SMEs)
In this purpose, the Head of Delivery will:
- Supervise and manage the delivery of projects and services to customers.
- Develop and implement effective delivery strategies, plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with all GDO delivery teams and customer teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and services to customers.
- Manage relationships with customers, partners and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
- Oversee and manage the performance of the delivery team, and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and professional development to improve the team's skills, knowledge and performance.
- Establish, track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics to evaluate and improve delivery effectiveness, efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction and success.
- Develop and manage delivery budgets, forecasts, spending plans and financial reports to ensure effective financial management and optimal use of delivery resources.
- Identify, assess, manage and mitigate potential delivery risks and issues, and develop and implement delivery risk and issue management plans to minimize negative impact on delivery success.
- Carry out the transformation and the piloting of the delivery activities following the operational model of customer segmentation (Large accounts and SMEs) in Mauritius and Madagascar

- Keep investigating synergies with teams in France
- Building and maintaining a positive and inclusive work culture
- Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
- Identifying and addressing skill gaps and development needs, ensuring the acquisition of the right skills
- Promoting professional growth and career development opportunities
- Encouraging collaboration and teamwork within the team

- Ensure the team embedded the Manifesto culture in the team

- Share Orange Business and Orange Business Operations strategic guidelines and inputs with his/her managers and their teams, ensuring strong local and global collaboration and teamwork
- Manage budget & workforce to ensure compliance with respective objectives & targets
- People Management
- Direct management of up to 10 direct reports and 400+ individual contributors within France operations, and matrix management of other Orange Business Operations teams & stakeholders Adapting to changing business needs and market dynamics
votre profil:
Skills and experience
- Advanced degree in business administration, business management or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in operational leadership roles, including at least 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
- Excellent leadership, team management and staff development skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically, holistically and longterm, and make informed, sound, evidencebased decisions.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, planning and organizational skills.
- Experience in driving offshoring programs in multi cultural environment
- Resultoriented mindset Fluent in English and French and willingness to travel frequently, when applicable
