The EscapeWelt team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to manage and develop our quest rooms in Elsinore, UT.
The purpose of this position is to ensure the effective functioning of the location.Our ideal candidate:
- Enjoys working with people and has good communication skills
- Experience in personnel management
- Ability to handle conflict situations
- Fluent in German (B1 level or higher). Good knowledge of English and Russian is desirable
- Has an active lifestyle
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing workflows at the location
- Training staff
- Shift management
- Communication with customers
- Updating and creating documents
- Cash management
