At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as an IT Supporter Telephony (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin.


Your responsibilities:
Provision, configuration, setup, and administration in the field of telephony (soft and hard phones)
Acceptance and resolution of malfunctions, independent analysis and execution of tests, as well as minimizing error patterns
Support in the further development of hardware and software lifecycles
Establishment and use of automation potentials
Creation and maintenance of documentation

Your profile:
Completed education in the field of information technology or comparable education with relevant professional experience in this field
Reliability in monitoring IT processes
Practical experience with telephone systems/software
Application knowledge of Windows server operating systems, network infrastructure, and communication protocols
Social competence and teamwork, structured work style, as well as strong communication skills.
