Online Shop Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

The Online Shop Marketing Manager in the D2C (Direct to Consumer) area is responsible for the backend setup (SAP Commerce/Hybris) for .com with a focus on promotions.

He takes care of recurring administrative tasks, sets up products, promotions and services in the online shop system and constantly monitors the order flow to ensure smooth operation of the consumer channels. Close communication with all stakeholders (sales/logistics/service) as well as complete documentation of all setups and issues ensure transparency and quick response to changing business requirements. Timely delivery is a top priority.

These are your tasks:

  • Responsible for setting up promotions, flagship launches as well as quality checks & tests for all promotions flagship launches (creating and managing SKUs, delivery and payment methods, promotion rules, T&C's, services, vouchers, digital services)
  • Close communication with related IT systems and active exchange with the global online shop support team
  • Monitoring of incoming customer orders, documentation (knowledge base) and creation and release of management reports, ad-h
