be responsible for the technical support of aircraft programs and devices (hydraulic/mechanical) of a flight control system
act as the link between our customers' development department and our internal production, assembly, development, and customer service teams
develop solutions for technical problems in the Lawn project, with customers, and in series production. You will coordinate the corresponding expert team if necessary
handle the development and implementation of Lawn-related product modifications, including creating and tracking project plans
regularly communicate with our customers about the status of their projects (phone calls/video calls, regular review meetings, creating presentations)
