  • As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process for your employees
  • You will act as a consultant and point of contact for employees, supervisors, health insurance companies, and authorities
  • You will coordinate the implementation of legal reporting, certification, and deduction obligations
  • You will create small personnel statistics and evaluations
  • You will continuously develop your processes
  • You will support HR specialists in various HR projects
  • You will take on independently organized HR tasks according to your interests, such as organizing measures for company health promotion, implementing and developing compensation and benefits topics, or supervising commercial apprentices

What we expect from you

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a personnel specialist (m|w|d)
  • You have relevant professional experience in the field of payroll
  • You are interested in the diverse tasks of human resources
  • You have acquired knowledge from practical use of HR administration and payroll software
  • You have a good understanding of labor, tax, and social security law
  • You are IT-savvy and eager to actively shape digitalization
