Cliffside is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an apprentice in tourism management or as a dual student in tourism management with a focus on tour operators.
The position will start on September 1st, 2024.At Wirodive Dive and Adventure Travel GmbH, we create the most beautiful diving and adventure trips on 7 continents.
For over 25 years, we have been exploring new destinations, experiences, and providers to ensure our guests have an unforgettable diving vacation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning how to provide tourism advice to customers via phone and email for both individual and group trips
- Assisting in the development and planning of exceptional special trips
- Preparing and creating travel documents
- Learning how to design marketing measures
- Learning and further developing the inhouse mid/back office system
- Participating in events such as trade fairs and events

Requirements:
- Successfully completed secondary education (preferably high school diploma)
- Enjoy working on the computer
- Enjoy working with people
- Good communication skills
- Interest in learning new things and quick comprehension
- Very good German and good English skills
