What your task looks like with us:

  • Coordinate personnel deployment and manage employees working in the fleet.
  • Responsible for organizational processes in the fleet and daytoday operations.
  • Supportive management of new and replacement investments in our fleet.
  • Use our tour planning program "Optitool" to monitor and optimize processes.
  • Fleet service including repairs and monitoring of legal inspection deadlines.

What we expect from you:


  • You have completed vocational training (ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk) and have relevant knowledge and practical experience.
  • Ideally, you are familiar with a tour planning program or have experience using one.
  • You feel confident using common MS Office applications.
  • You have a high level of independence and assertiveness.
  • You have technical understanding and enjoy communicating with employees and customers.
