Your responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the operation, administration, and further development of SQLbased databases using various database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, Oracle-SQL)
  • Ensuring the availability and stability of databases
  • Acceptance and implementation of requirements for databases
  • Responsible for monitoring and performance analysis, as well as avoiding lock situations
  • Productive troubleshooting and documentation of these issues

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training or degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in a similar work environment
  • Excellent knowledge of operating SQLbased databases
  • Indepth knowledge of at least one of the following database technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Basic knowledge of at least one of the following database technologies: IBM DB2, Microsoft SQL, Oracle SQL
  • Independent and resultsoriented work style
  • Service orientation, organizational and coordination skills required
  • Knowledge of English is desirable
