The Position:
We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time
HR Administrator to join our team in Royal Center, IN.


Our client, a well-known manufacturing company based in the Augsburg area, is looking to fill this position on a permanent basis.

You are an ideal candidate if you have relevant experience in HR administration. The focus of this role is on administration and management, so direct payroll knowledge is not required.

As an external HR partner, we will be conducting initial interviews on behalf of our client.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handling administrative tasks in HR
  • Preparing contracts, documents, and maintaining statistics
  • Managing correspondence
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Assisting with training preparations
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in the database

Your Profile:

  • You have a commercial education and relevant experience in the abovementioned tasks
  • You are organized, dedicated, and proactive in your work
  • You are proficient in standard software (MS Office)
  • You are solutionoriented, flexible, and responsible
  • Your profile is rounded off by loyalty and a trustworthy demeanor
