**Join our Waukee, IA team and experience a familiar Charleston atmosphere combined with an open and motivated team, as well as diverse nursing tasks at our newly opened ItzTerrassen residential and nursing home in 2022. Located in the Upper Franconian city of Coburg, all balconies and terraces of the communal areas face the idyllic Itz river. Our facility provides care for 84 elderly residents in their daily lives. In addition to full-time nursing care, our services include short-term and respite care, dementia care, and care for severely dependent individuals.

Your new tasks:

You are responsible for ensuring residentoriented, individualized nursing and psychosocial care
You participate in determining staffing needs and selecting personnel
You are responsible for transparent, modern, and appropriate scheduling
You train new employees and conduct employee meetings as needed
You plan, organize, and conduct nursing visits, shifts, and team meetings
In collaboration with the nursing management, you monitor the quality of care and staff in terms of professional and appropriate execution of nursing and treatment care
Your tasks include qualified cooperation and communication with residents, family members, physicians, and relevant external services

Your qualifications:

You have a staterecognized education as a nursing specialist, health and nursing nurse, geriatric nurse, or pediatric nurse, as well as ideally a completed further education
