We are looking for a
Network Specialist (m/f/d) for our client in
Valdez, AK, to ensure that the network infrastructure is always up-to-date and meets the requirements of a dynamic business environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Planning, administration, and further development of the technical network infrastructure
  • Ensuring a secure and efficient use of the network infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network issues during operation
  • Assisting in the creation of security concepts

Requirements:


  • Completed education in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist, system electronics technician, computer scientist, system salesperson (m/f/d)) or equivalent professional experience
  • Several years of experience in network administration, network management, and optimization
  • Excellent knowledge of IPbased networks, firewalls (Sophos, Cisco, Barracuda), and network topologies
  • Enjoy working in a team, high service orientation, independent work style, and good communication skills
  • Fluent in German
