The Bavarian Red Cross Starnberg is the leading welfare and social organization in the district of Starnberg.

With approximately 900 full-time and 900 volunteer heroes, we are dedicated to providing meaningful work in the areas of rescue, assistance, care, childcare, and life support for people of all ages on a daily basis.


As a dynamic district association, we have been growing sustainably for years, resulting in high demands for recruiting talents for our organization.

HR Specialist for Personnel Acquisition/Recruiting (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
Developing target group-specific HR strategies for successful recruitment, approach, and retention of candidates
Developing and implementing new personnel marketing measures to position BRK Starnberg as an attractive employer in the region, including participation in the relaunch of our career pages
Implementing and managing our projects, such as international recruitment or recruiting young professionals
Managing applicants using our BITE software
Your profile
A completed degree in personnel management or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant work experience in
