I am looking for the perspective of a sports professional.

I regularly engage in sports (climbing 3 days a week in bouldering), but I struggle with eating healthy because the amount of food can be overwhelming or difficult to organize.

I want to know how to structure my training (i.e. what to add, because I feel like I am missing something) without feeling too lazy, as cardio is something that I struggle with.

The weightlifting area is a bit intimidating for me, as I am not happy with my body.

I think online coaching would be great, but I would appreciate general information as well.
