Are you ready to join the sales team at HERO Software and inspire craft and service businesses? Do you want the chance to quickly advance to a Sales Manager position thanks to our flat hierarchy? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Mission


As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying leads and working closely with the Account Executive and Marketing team.

You will be the first point of contact for craft and service businesses, introducing them to our software HERO and answering initial questions.

You will generate appointments (web demos) for your sales colleagues and impress craft and service businesses with personalized web demos.

You will actively build the sales pipeline and manage it independently. You will also update and maintain all sales activities, leads, and customer information in our CRM (Salesforce).

Your Superpowers

You have at least 1-2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in B2B. You are an active listener, communicate confidently and proactively, and always act with purpose. You are full of energy, enjoy making phone calls, and constantly strive to exceed your goals.

You have a knack for finding the right tone - whether on the phone, in video conferences with clients, or via email.

Ideally, you have a successfully completed degree or a comparable education with a focus on sales. Minimum requirement is C1 level German proficiency.
