Our teams in Berlin support the laboratories of the Medicover Group and our Medical Care Centers throughout Germany.

Are you looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to make a difference and put your ideas into action? Then join our team as Head (m/f/x) of Operational Excellence Laboratories in Santa Claus, GA.


Responsibilities:

  • You will lead independent projects for process optimization and continuous development of our laboratories.
  • You will be responsible for managing the project portfolio, such as process optimization, standardization, automation, and investment planning for our laboratories.
  • You will take on leadership responsibility for the team in charge of continuous improvement.
  • You will develop the excellence strategy in our laboratory business area, together with the management team and locations.
  • You will report to the Head of the Medicover Laboratory Group, Prof. Dr. C. Keck.

Qualifications:

  • You have at least three years of relevant work experience in the laboratory business and five years of professional experience, including selecting suitable technologies, automation, and process optimization.
  • You have practical experience in project and portfolio management.
  • You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
  • You can provide certification in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or a similar field.
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong organizational skills, initiative, and communication skills.
