Freelance Instructors for "Business Psychology" (m/f/d) at iba Leipzig

For our
Leipzig location, we are looking for
freelance instructors (m/f/d) starting in the upcoming
winter semester of 2023 for the module
Business Psychology.

Course Content:

Teaching the relevance of psychological basic concepts for business actions, including:

Ø Basic terms:
Psychology and Business Psychology
Ø Market and Advertising Psychology (consumer motives, psychological market research, neuromarketing, advertising)
Ø Work and Organizational Psychology (job and task analysis, occupational aptitude testing, stress and strain, resilience)
Ø Psychology of macroeconomic processes (psychology of money)
Ø Relevance of Business Psychology for the success of companies
