We are looking for you - permanent and full-time for the following tasks:

  • Optimization and structuring of internal processes in the areas of customs management and export control
  • Application and management of customs procedures, simplifications, and authorizations
  • Participation in expert committees and training for the implementation of new customsrelated processes
  • Evaluation of current changes in legislation and practical implementation in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Development of a plan and checklist for daily customs operations and monitoring of operational customs clearance
  • Training and instruction of employees responsible for operational customs clearance
  • Internal contact for customsrelated questions and problem cases
  • Handling of special projects in the customs department
  • Classification of goods in the customs tariff in collaboration with specialist departments

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as a foreign trade or freight forwarding clerk, with several years of experience in customs and transport handling, preferably with further training as a customs processing specialist (m/f/d)
  • First experience in export control and foreign trade and customs law desired
  • Knowledge of SAP
