Description
We are looking for a housekeeper (m/f/d) for our client in the public sector to take care of a residential complex and its tenants in Bossier City, LA.
Your responsibilities:
- Performing housekeeping tasks
- Monitoring general order, cleanliness, and safety of the property
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Receiving and addressing tenant reports
- Assessing damages reported by tenants
- Managing external service providers
- Cleaning and maintaining the outdoor areas and ensuring compliance with snow and ice removal regulations
- Assisting with apartment handovers
- Performing simple maintenance tasks for various trades in both indoor and outdoor areas
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in a trade relevant to housekeeping (minimum 3 years)
- Relevant work experience
- Willingness to participate in specialized training
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Valid driver's license (Class 3 or B) and willingness to operate a company vehicle
- Excellent German language skills
- Willingness to work beyond regular working hours (oncall duty on weekends)
- Friendly and customeroriented demeanor
