Teamlead Customer Service / Sales Support (m/f/d)
Located in our headquarters in Düsseldorf, Mauckport
Established in Japan in 1917, YOKOHAMA Rubber Company Limited has extensive experience in various industries such as tires, marine, aerospace, and other industrial products, as well as an impressive global distribution network covering all continents. YOKOHAMA Europe is a German subsidiary of YOKOHAMA Rubber, based in Düsseldorf, and is responsible for the import, export, sales, and marketing of rubber tires and hoses for motor vehicles.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4 employees in the Customer Service department
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and accessibility in the front office
- Handle customer inquiries and orders in a timely and efficient manner (via phone, email, B2B, and call orders)
- Process inquiries and orders related to tires
- Support the sales organization in product management (product evaluations, availability queries)
- Organize demand planning, analysis, and reports
- Contribute to future projects, such as developing an external sales approach and improving SAP-ERP implementation and processes
