Banking Advisor (m/f/d)
Full-time, permanent, Wiesloch near Heidelberg, account and securities processing, MLP Banking AG, to be filled immediately

As a member of a six-person team, you will be responsible for telephone and written communication via email with our MLP consultants and other departments to support and clarify technical questions and complaints regarding the respective customer situation in the areas of customer, account, and credit card.

In addition, you will act as an idea generator and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes with your solution-oriented approach.
