Our IT Services department is responsible for the operation of private and public cloud infrastructures, as well as the strategic development of the offered IT services.

As Teamlead Cloud Operations (m/f/d), you will be responsible for leading and developing our Cloud Operations team.

You will ensure that our customers' public cloud infrastructures are always secure, scalable, and high-performing, and that the agreed SLAs are met.


Your tasks:


  • Disciplinary and professional leadership of the Cloud Operations team
  • Direct management of all employees in the responsible area, especially regarding employee development, satisfaction, and workload
  • Further development and promotion of the team through solid coaching and DevOps strategies
  • Responsibility for the stable operation and monitoring of SLAs and KPIs
  • Consulting our customers on cloud transformation and the use of suitable cloud technologies
  • Development of scalable, automated platforms for the operation of cloud services
  • Establishment of a common DevOps strategy within the team
  • Responsibility for the portfolio component Cloud Operations and its associated delivery models and structures
  • Joint strategic development of cloud products to generate sales opportunities
The position can be partially remote.

At matrix, we generally work in a hybrid manner, and the exact distribution of remote and on-site work depends on projects and clients.
