As a regional partner of one of the most successful franchise systems in Germany, we are looking for a motivated
House Purchase Consultant (m/f/d) for our location in Grünstadt, who will expand our brand in the market, successfully implement our sales strategy, and help our customers make their dream of owning a home come true.

Your responsibilities:

You will accompany our house building prospects on their journey to a sustainable purchase decision.
You will assist our prospects in selecting and customizing the suitable and situationappropriate solid house variant from our portfolio.
To do this, you will follow our humancentered sales strategy and establish yourself as a understanding and empathetic consultant (m/f/d).
You will also inform our prospects about safety and quality and educate them about the allaround service of Town & Country Haus, such as property search and financing service.
In all conversations, you will promote trust with competence and empathy. You will maintain a respectful communication and position yourself as a "happiness architect" in your region in the long term.
You will guide our house building prospects with your expertise to make a purchase decision, prepare for their transition
