To strengthen our team of clerks, we are looking for motivated employees (m/f/d) with a focus on the energy industry for our location in Chemnitz or for remote work.

Your future tasks as a clerk:

You will handle telephone and written customer service for our clients, including the following tasks:

Processing of address changes
Tariff advice
Account clarification
Energy-saving consultation
Master data changes
Bank data changes
Inquiries about customer portals
Invoicing
Debt management (payment reminders and agreements)

Your qualifications:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have several years of relevant work experience
You enjoy handling diverse tasks for different client companies
You are reliable and pragmatic
You have high quality standards for your work results
You ideally have some experience in commercial processes in the energy industry
