Dispatcher in the Logistics Industry (m/f/d) with Multilingualism

About our company:
We are a leading company in the logistics services sector with a strong international presence.

In order to further improve our global reach and efficiency, we are looking for a dedicated dispatcher (m/f/d) with excellent language skills in German, English, Polish, and Chinese.


Your role:


As a dispatcher in the logistics industry, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring our transports on a national and international level.


You play a key role in optimizing our logistics processes and ensuring that our goods are transported efficiently, timely, and cost-effectively.


Your tasks:

  • Planning and dispatching transport orders, taking into account economic and time aspects.
  • Communication with international partners, customers, and suppliers in German, English, Polish, and Chinese.
  • Monitoring transport processes and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards.
  • Solving transport problems and implementing improvement measures.
  • Creating and managing transport documents and reports.

What we are looking for:

  • Completed training or degree in logistics, freight forwarding, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in dispatching or the logistics industry.
  • Fluent language skills in German, English, Polish, and Chinese.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and common logistics software systems.
