Description

Position Summary:
Coordinates all tasks and processes of the companys motor vehicle fleet.


Responsibilities

:

-
Maintain a great communication and cooperation with the dedicated FMC

:

-
Familiarize and be proficient in using existing or new programs that FMC utilizes to manage the fleet or other programs that the company choses to implement

:

-
Periodically, pull analytical reports (KPIs/metrics) regarding the vehicle replacement, fleet performance, accidents/incidents, training and more and report to supervisor

:

-
Perform vehicle LCC and price comparison that helps management make the best financial decision in choosing vehicle types and brands to utilize in the fleet

:

-
Be the main point of contact for fleet compliance (registration, insurance cards, etc.) in cooperation with the FMC and escalate/report to direct supervisor any issues that might arise

:

Be proactive and bring constant feedback to supervisor on challenges or process improvement

:

-
Update in timely manner the FMC portal and make the appropriate changes so they reflect accurate reporting

:

-
When utilized maintain the Telematics software and the entire program, from installation, communication, training reporting etc

:

-
In compliance with the laws and regulations, assist with the review of monthly personal/business mileage submissions and coordinate with the FMC and users when attention or corrections are needed

:

When required by management, establish communication with local dealerships for stock market purchases when needed

:

-
Keep accurate reports and notes when it comes to accurate inventory and spare inventory if available

:

-
Coordinate and suggest the assignment of company vehicles to users in cooperation with department managers and internal company policies (eligibility, Company Manuals, vehicle classes etc.)

:


  • Monitor the vehicle remarketing process and run analytical reports that decides when to return the vehicles in order to get the highest return (leasing terms) and suggest to direct supervisor.

Secure and maintain the pool cars for corporate usage and keep them in readiness and available when needed

Coordinate vehicle maintenance and vehicle transfers when needed

:

-
Assist with the monitoring and information gathering (including police reports) of all accidents involving company vehicles utilizing smartsheet tracking which is shared with Risk Management

:

In cooperation with the rest of the Fleet Admin Team, take part in the new driver onboarding process

:

-
Assist with invoice processing using Stampli invoice software

:

-
Perform other Fleet Related task as assigned by direct supervisor.

Fleet Administration team, and all company vehicle users


Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent


Preferred Education:
Associates Degree and /or related job experience


Minimum Experience

:

1-2 years related experience**
Preferred Experience

3-5 years related experience**
Licenses/Certifications

:


Soft Skills:
Customer service drive with strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.


Proficient in Microsoft Office package.

:

Five day work week. Hours 9:00am to 5:30pm
