Clerk for Contaminated Sites Register/Waste Monitoring (m/f/d)

is to be filled as soon as possible until December 4, 2023.

The main tasks include the following:

Collection and initial recording of data, facts and findings on suspected contaminated sites based on

Creation, completion, verification and maintenance of a computerized contaminated sites register in the form of the database provided by the state of Brandenburg
Statistical evaluation of the available data in connection with a geographic information system
Providing information from the contaminated sites register based on the Brandenburg Information Act in conjunction with the Administrative Procedure Act
Implementation and monitoring in accordance with 47 KrWG and waste management regulations and enforcement of regulatory measures
Pursuing and penalizing administrative offenses
Processing of citizen inquiries and conducting citizen consultations within the scope of responsibilities
Preparation of expert opinions on objections

The following requirements are expected:

Successful completion of training as a public administration clerk or in the first level of the civil service training or equivalent
Comprehensive data processing skills as well as thorough knowledge of waste and environmental law
Basic knowledge of administrative processes
Driver's license class B
