IT Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Assisting with the implementation of our new ERP software
Establishing and expanding the testing management for current and future versions of the software
Supporting the development team in migrating data from the old system to the new software
Creating reports for the entire company
Producing training videos for users
Providing user support
Gathering and specifying new requirements
Expanding the use of Microsoft Teams and optimizing processes
