The positioning of AWO with its diverse humanitarian services and social institutions is the central task of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt.

Around 8,500 full-time employees are employed at AWO Berlin. As a member association, the Berlin AWO currently has around 5,000 members.

As a welfare association, AWO is active in various areas of social work, such as child and youth welfare, disability assistance, homelessness and criminal justice assistance, senior work, and care.

The Arbeiterwohlfahrt Landesverband Berlin is currently seeking a
Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) for a one-year maternity leave replacement, starting as soon as possible.

The weekly working hours are 100% of the collectively agreed weekly working hours, currently 39 hours. The position can be filled on a part-time basis to a certain extent.
