TURMSahne GmbH, established in 1949 in Oldenburg, is a specialist in the production and distribution of sterilized dairy products.

In addition to coffee cream and condensed milk, the factory also produces milk-based drinks such as cocoa, iced coffee, and strawberry drinks, which are sold to national and international retailers.

Approximately 75 million bottles are filled annually and can be purchased in over 40 countries.

This is made possible by our nearly 80 employees at the location, who work in a flat hierarchy in various departments.


During your training, you will learn:

  • The important aspects of dairy product production
  • How to handle current and essential hygiene and production technologies
  • The latest control techniques
  • A comprehensive understanding of chemistry, microbiology, and physics

For this training, you should:

  • Have a secondary school diploma
  • Possess good mathematical and scientific knowledge
  • Be willing to work in shifts
