Our Business Development Center Representative will work in our centralized, state of the art facility and provide that first, friendly, helpful voice for consumers who reach out to us with their automotive needs.
We're looking for that right person to help verify, process, and distribute new and pre-owned leads to our dealerships. Your Daily Work Schedule:
You will receive customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
You will make outbound calls following up with customer inquiries.
You will respond quickly to internet & phone inquiries by email, phone & text.
You will provide customers with exceptional product knowledge and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
You will provide a friendly and helpful demeanor with the sales team while working on answering customer inquiries on both new and used cars.
Work closely with other BDC representatives in a team environment respecting each other.You will provide timely follow ups with customer questions creating a positive customer experience.
You will participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
You will utilize CRM tracking system daily, accurately tracking and entering all necessary information to help the sale team close.
We have created a dealer culture that's inviting to all our employees, empowering them to be successful in their roles.
The BDC Representative will continue to support the sales team with resources to further assist the customer with a positive car buying experience.

You are well spoken with a positive and hardworking personality.
