Your responsibilities: * You lead the team of development planners and work with them to create test, feasibility, and project studies for new buildings in the area of condominiums and commercial properties * You negotiate with authorities, neighbors, and objectors * You develop details such as material and color concepts * You work on development and surroundings concepts and accompany building applications - afterwards, the internal team takes over the further processing in the execution * You bring in your personal ideas and actively shape the architecture of your employer - you will be supported by a qualified team of project developers and planners


Your profile:

  • You have a degree in architecture
  • Several years of professional experience in developing residential and commercial buildings and good knowledge of Swiss standards
  • You are highly motivated and have a strong interest in the field of architecture
  • You are fluent in German and have good communication skills.
