Serenity Health is looking to hire a compassionate intake specialist for our Article 31 Mental Health Clinic.We are a growing company, Looking for a caring individual to help clients in need of mental health services by answering phone calls regarding services and client management.
The person in this role should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to successfully manage records and fulfill data entry.
Duties Include:
- Data entry & record management
- Speaking with new clients to help them complete initial intake
- Client followup and team collaboration to complete intake requests
- Verifying patient insurance and completing required documentation
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
