Wenham Carter is currently partnering with a dynamic tech start-up in the Automotive Insurance industry.

The company has recently opened a new office in Munich and is actively seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead critical initiatives, including:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining the Insurance platform

Implementing Agile Project Management methodologies

Conducting data analysis

Collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders

This digital-first platform empowers top automotive companies to quickly create, launch, and manage innovative insurance solutions on a large scale.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


• 7+ years of proven experience in a technical role, with experience in platform requirements and analysis.


• Experience in the Insurance industry (specifically in Germany)


• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including developers, designers, and business analysts.


• Must have experience with Motor Insurance systems/platforms


• Proficiency in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
