As a Roof Repair Technician at Roof Repair Hub, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing various types of roofing systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Roof Inspections:

• Conducting detailed roof inspections to assess damage, identify issues, and determine repair needs.
• Documenting findings and providing accurate assessments to customers.

Problem Diagnosis and Resolution:

• Diagnosing roofing problems accurately and recommending appropriate repair solutions.
• Addressing issues related to leaks, moisture intrusion, storm damage, and general wear and tear.

Roof Repairs and Maintenance:

• Performing repairs on different roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofing systems.
• Repairing or replacing damaged or wornout components including flashing, underlayment, fascia, and ventilation.
• Sealing roof penetrations (e.g chimneys, flashing and pipe jacks) to prevent leaks and ensure structural integrity.

• Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
• Using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following best practices for working at heights.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensuring that all repair work meets industry standards, local building codes, and customer expectations.
• Conducting quality checks and inspections to verify the effectiveness of repairs.

• Interacting professionally with customers to explain repair procedures, address concerns, and provide recommendations.
