student intern in Human Resources Management in Berlin.

What to expect:

Recruitment support: Active involvement in the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate communication and coordination of interviews.

Application management: Database maintenance, ensuring smooth processing and being a point of contact for applicant inquiries.

Onboarding process: Assisting with onboarding new team members, including preparing documents and integrating them into the company.

Administrative tasks: General administrative support in the HR department, such as maintaining master data and creating documents.

Project work: Participation in HR projects and taking on responsibilities according to interests and abilities.

What you should bring:

Studies in Human Resources: Enrolled student in a program with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.

Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and English and enjoyment in working with people.

Organizational talent: Structured and reliable work style, even with administrative tasks.

Initiative and team spirit: Initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
