Your tasks:

Recruiting:

  • Creation and publication of job advertisements
  • Review of application documents and conducting interviews, by phone or via MS Teams
  • Establishment and maintenance of an applicant pool

Customer support:

  • Development and expansion of customer business
  • Coordination of requirements for personnel planning
  • Workplace visits
  • Ensuring compliance with collective bargaining, legal, and occupational safety regulations
