Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess physical abilities and limitations
Create personalized treatment plans based on the evaluation and patient's goals
Provide handson therapy techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase strength
Educate patients on proper exercises, posture, and body mechanics to prevent future injuries
Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for patients

Qualifications and Skills:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problemsolving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of evidencebased physical therapy practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
CPR certification
