Your responsibilities:

Point of contact for our employees and managers for all personnel and labor law related questions, as well as for authorities and auditors
Management of all HR activities and the entire recruiting process, as well as onboarding of new colleagues
Supervision of our commercial apprentices as a trainer
Conducting monthly payroll including reporting and certification
Administration of the time management system
Constructive collaboration with our works council
Further development and optimization of existing processes, taking into account current trends and legal changes
Active shaping of our company culture and values.
