What to expect:

You will play a crucial role in expanding quality and risk management at Mazars, acting as a key interface in our interdisciplinary team and serving as the central point of contact for our professional staff.
Your main responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and reviewing internal company policies, particularly in the areas of compliance, professional regulations, independence, and quality management. You will also oversee the analysis and assessment of the admissibility of services for our professionals and ensure compliance with important regulations.
In addition to identifying and managing risks related to quality management, you will also be involved in internal investigations to uncover weaknesses in the quality management system or in relation to compliance requirements.
Your tasks will also include contributing to the establishment and further development of the quality management system, primarily at a national level, as well as transferring knowledge through specific team trainings.

What you bring:

A degree in business or law, as well as relevant auditing experience, ideally with a successful completion of the WP exam.
Excellent understanding of processes in conjunction with regulatory requirements and a strong interest in fundamental work in your field.
