We are hiring at the MEWA Arena in Mainz as the exclusive sports caterer for 1. FSV Mainz 05 e.
V.


We are looking for a strong leader to join our team as an Operations Manager (Operations Director) m/f/d for the stadium in Hershey, NE.


Your responsibilities:


  • Operational and administrative management of the team, including training, staff planning, briefings, and development
  • Monitoring of operational key figures, such as cost of goods and staffing levels
  • Control of cash registers, daily closing, and inventory

Your profile:


  • Several years of experience in the hospitality industry and in managing employees
  • Knowledge of business processes and financial management
  • Passionate host (m/f/d) with excellent organizational and communication skills
