We are currently looking for a caretaker (m/f/d) to join our Facility Management team in Ashley, IN. This position is available immediately and can be full-time, part-time, or a mini-job.

We are a dynamic team with the goal of maintaining a high standard of quality for our expanding portfolio of properties and services.

To ensure this, we are searching for someone like you. Our portfolio of properties is constantly growing, so flexibility is a top priority.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of our buildings
Care of buildings and green spaces
General cleaning tasks
Maintenance cleaning
Minor renovations
Small repairs on properties, apartments, and commercial spaces

Qualifications:

Attention to cleanliness and preserving property value
Reliability
Conscientiousness and sense of responsibility
Thorough and careful work ethic
Handyman skills
Driver's license
Trailer license is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
