You understand how to meet the changing demands of agriculture and possess a high degree of independence, flexibility, and resilience.

You enjoy interacting with farmers and have a structured way of working.

Preferably, you have a degree or training in agriculture and/or a completed commercial apprenticeship.

We are looking for one employee (m/f/d) each in direct sales and field service at BAT Agrar.

YOUR TASKS

Marketing of our product portfolio: seeds, fertilizers, and plant protection products
Purchasing of agricultural products
Supporting an existing customer base
Acquiring and building new customer relationships through reliability, trust, and high-quality advice
Agronomic consulting on farms - Depending on your qualifications, you will receive corresponding training
Calculation and negotiation of conditions
Understanding market structures and trade flows to provide good advice to our customers
