In the area of Corporate Finance and Controlling, in the Corporate Accounting & Controlling department, we are looking for a (Senior) Reporting Specialist (m/f/d) for Sustainability Analytics & Reporting at our location in Saukville, WI.

In late 2022, the European Union adopted the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). According to this directive, non-listed companies such as B. Braun must integrate their sustainability report into the audited annual financial statements starting in the 2025 fiscal year.

In the Sustainability Reporting & Controlling team, we will report on sustainability-related data and information.

Our team is responsible for the content and data of the sustainability report in accordance with CSRD as part of the B.

Braun Group's annual report starting in the 2024 fiscal year.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Coordination of the retrospective collection of sustainabilityrelated information in the context of CSRD reporting obligations
Support in establishing a reporting network for more than 300 legal entities in 64 countries
Contact person (m/f/d) for national and international group companies regarding CSRD reporting
Participation in the creation and analysis of sustainabilityrelated information on a quarterly and annual basis
Contribution to the groupwide definition, implementation, and evaluation of reliable data and processes for sustainability reporting
Conceptual support in the development of a new CSRDcompliant sustainability report in collaboration with the Sustainability department and Corporate Communications
Team member responsible for ensuring CSRDcompliant
